The status text for various states of various devices nees some tweaks:

- When a device is turned off by the on/off switch or 'Airplane mode', the status should not be 'disconnected/unplugged', but something more appropriate.

- A VPN connection should be 'not connected' when off

- The wired status should match the network menu: 'Cable unplugged', not just 'unplugged'
