Enable LargeAddressAware

Added a patch that updates the windows project files to enable LargeAddressAware. This may keep doxygen running in situations where memory is critical. This needs a 64 bit OS or at least the /3GB switch on 32 Bit to make any difference.

I've tested on a project where this change really made the difference between out-of-memory-crash and successful run.

This bug was previously marked ASSIGNED, which means it should be fixed in
doxygen version 1.7.4. Please verify if this is indeed the case. Reopen the
bug if you think it is not fixed and please include any additional information
that you think can be relevant.
