I've got a spanish keyboard and when I upgraded from fedora 14 to fedora 15 the keyboard settings weren't migrated. Also say that I have the system in english so maybe the migration just checked for the language and it assigned the keyboard for the language?

libgnomekbd, which handles the schema for the keymaps, is missing a .convert file to migrate the settings.
