I updated the patch that dind't apply cleanly.

+ <schema id="apps.nautilus-open-terminal" path="/apps/nautilus-open-terminal/"> Schema IDs should be in org.example.foo.bar form, and the path correspondingly /org/example/foo/bar/ (newer gschemas compiler warns about the path). Also, n-o-t is really unmaintained, and gnome-terminal contains a more recent version of it (--with-nautilus-extension).
Ok, I didn't know n-o-t was deprecated, so you right it's seems useless. I'm closing this bug accordingly
