logfile

Banshee 1.9.2 is running fine, but when I click on "Now Playing" it always crashes. Logfile is attached.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
Unfortunately, that stack trace is missing some elements that will help a lot to solve the problem, so it will be hard for the developers to fix that crash. Can you get us a stack trace with debugging symbols? Please see http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces for more information on how to do so and reopen this bug or report a new one. Thanks in advance!

please run banshee --debug and paste here the trace.

the right one.
Comment 4 Fabio Durán Verdugo 2011-01-24 04:14:55 UTC
the trace is still bad.
Comment 5 Paul Lange 2011-01-24 09:46:20 UTC
That's what I thought too. However I installed every debug package which made sense to me from gtk, gdk over glibc and gstreamer...

Any ideas how to improve this?

log from 1.9.4

New crash log from 1.9.4.
Comment 7 Paul Lange 2011-02-27 10:29:15 UTC
This seems like a bad bug to me. Every click on "Now Playing" crashes banshee.
Comment 8 Gabriel Burt 2011-02-27 18:22:52 UTC
This was reported first, but the other has more info, so closing this as a dupe of it.
