Description Yionel 2010-12-15 05:12:59 UTC
In the gnome-keyboard-properties, if we have 2 layouts like
 - France Alternative, latin9 only
 - France
I have an icon with the choice in the panel.

If I delete the France Keyboard layout for instance, the icon disapear : it's ok.

But If I reboot, I have again my icon with the 2 keyboards layout !

My configuration Ubuntu 10.10 64Bits
$ uname -a
Linux 7730G 2.6.35-23-generic #41-Ubuntu SMP Wed Nov 24 11:55:36 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Regards

I guess that happens because your system layout is French, so it is automatically added. Is that so?
Comment 2 Yionel 2010-12-15 20:26:40 UTC
But why it is automatically added althougth I have already one : "the France Alternative, latin9 only"
