fix giving win bonus

swell-foop always gives you the 1000 point win bonus when you finish a game.

It should only be given if you remove all the tiles.

Bug still exists on gnome 3.
Simple fix, should be commited.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
