Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Rhythmbox crashes when it gets called with a playlist file containing an Internet radio, making tuning in to a Web radio nearly impossible. Directly adding the stream URL works.

There isn't a useful stack trace in that bug report as far as I can see. Several changes in rhythmbox 0.13.2 (and in totem-pl-parser) should have fixed this problem. If you can reproduce this with a current version of rhythmbox, and can provide a stack trace with full debug symbols, please reopen this bug.
