In some wiki software, if you put a bunch of words together like "TomboyNotesGuide", it is treated as a link to another wiki page.  This is called a WikiWord.

When this option is enabled, any time you type a WikiWord in a note, it turns into a "broken" link.  If you click it, it will automatically create a new note with the WikiWord as the title.
