Description schmiddi 2010-09-22 23:14:21 UTC
Nautilus is a great Filemanager. I like it. You can split the Window by pressing F3. Moving or Comparing Files and Directories is very easy in this mode. It would be nice if I could configure the behavior of the Sidebar in this mode.
Example I press F3 and :
-... the sidebar just disappears.
-... there's a lis of my FP or SFTP Bookmarks in the sidebar.
-... the sidebar switches to the three view.
-... each directory has an own sidebar.

We don't want to have this degree of flexibility. What we would like to make possible is described in bug 634081.
