GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 6301
enhancement request
Last modified: 2011-02-04 16:09:32 UTC
Package: gdk Version: all Severity: wishlist Currently mouse double click time is hardcoded into gdkevents.c (#define DOUBLE_CLICK_TIME 250). It would be VERY nice to grab this setting from the window manager or user defined system settings. Double click time is not a big issue for younger users, but older users all seem to have this same problem. We at Applix Linux Division would be happy to do the work if needed, or pay for the work to be done through http://www.cosource.com. Please advise as to the best way to proceed... thanks in advance. -Regards, Brian Maly Software Engineer Applix Linux Division Applix Inc. ------- Bug moved to this database by debbugs-export@bugzilla.gnome.org 2001-01-27 14:47 ------- This bug was previously known as bug 6301 at http://bugs.gnome.org/ http://bugs.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6301 Originally filed under the gtk+ product and general component. This is in the works for GTK 2.0 (and this bug is a duplicate of another one, should be merged, but I don't want to lose my current Bugzilla query ;-)
Put all GTK 1.3.x bugs on 2.0.0 milestone
