Allows the set/get of 2 extra properties to avoid possible "block" scenario

We would like to add a couple of properties to the gstgnomevfssrc element so that we could avoid a possible scenario where a data-get could appear to "block" when no bytes are available from the virtual file system connection.

Hrm, sorry this seems to have fallen between the cracks.

gnomevfssrc is gone now in 1.0 (replaced by gio*src), so I guess this is not relevant any longer.

Please re-open or file a new bug about gio*src if you still need us to fix anything.
