On Ubuntu, I can't use my Ekiga, VoipWise and Numbox SIP accounts on Empathy, while I can use them on software Ekiga. For information, Gizmo, Ippi, IpTel, Sipphone are OK on both Empathy and Ekiga.

What do you mean by "can't use"? You can't connect the account? Or it connects but fails to make calls?
Note that Empathy won't work with Ekiga's server. See http://live.gnome.org/Empathy/FAQ#My_Ekiga_account_doesn.27t_work.

I have the same problem with version 2.30.2 (PPA).

As said, Ekiga won't be able to connect. FOr the 2 other accounts I suggest you to open a telepathy-sofiasip bug on bugs.freedesktop.org and attach logs (help - debug menu).
