I have some movie files where the audio is out-of-synch. This is not a bug with Totem and occurs in other movie players.

The solution would be to have an option to adjust timing of the audio track, that is, set it to X milliseconds ahead or behind of the video track.

An example of this feature exists in the Windows FOSS movie player 'Media Player Classic Home Cinema'.
