"Page Setup" dialog once opened always selects A4, no matter what paper size user has changed.

How to reproduce:
1. Change paper size to anything other than A4, Press OK
2. Reopen "Page Setup"
3. It always selects A4.

remark:
This seems a pretty old bug. I'd witness this issue since I started use GIMP, around 2.6.4 release.
