Description Tony G 2010-07-04 08:05:07 UTC
I'm running Rhythmbox 0.12.8-0ubuntu7 (via Ubuntu repositories) on Ubuntu 10.04, and I encounter a crash whenever I'm playing a track (whether local file or internet radio) and I adjust the volume.

Doesn't appear to have an consistent trigger, sometimes it will crash if I move the slider, sometimes after adjusting the slider up/down a few times. Rhythmbox simply closes, no error message.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
Without a stack trace from the crash it's very hard to determine what caused it.
Can you get us a stack trace? Please see http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces for more information on how to do so. Thanks in advance!

Attached a stack trace, familiar with C but unfamiliar with gdb. Also have stdout & stderr from `rhythmbox -d`, but probably won't be helpful.
