I'm in the process of building garnome's gnome for version 2.34.1.   One of the changes involved gobject-introspection (which is now version 0.9.0 and is not backwards compatible).

Gstreamer 0.10.29's build is failing with:

It's a parsing bug in gobject-introspection, but worked around in GStreamer git / the current pre-releases (>= 0.10.29.2). Will be in the 0.10.30 release next week.
