What were you doing when the application crashed?
Evolution crashes about every hour or 2.  The recent update to Debian Test did not fix it.  I believe this bug applies to bug 615816 which indicated that it needed more information, so I attached some debug libraries and hopefully this helps.

evolution 2.30.2 tarball will be released today which will have fix mentioned in comment#2. Please let us know if evolution 2.30.2 fixes the crash for you.
