When deleting an episode, there are three options: "Delete episode only", "Cancel" and "delete episode and file". It's needed a "Delete file only" option, like other podcast managers, because after deleting "episode and file" in Rhythmbox, you can only unsuscribe and suscribe again in order to listen again something previously deleted, that it is definitively not a very smart workabout.
