I have committed this to master patch to the master branch.  I have also added sections to the index page, added some content (including screencast video examples), a page about the license and updated the Makefile to compile these new Mallard Docs.

Hi Mike, 

Thanks!

I don't think I like the "Fully- and partially-", specifically the hyphenation.  Seems a bit odd to me. 

Other than that, looks good.  Please commit. 

The system is not letting me "review" for some reason, but if you make the small change, consider it accepted_commit_now.
