Désolé, je n'avais pas vu que c'était sous Windows. Est-ce la version 1.10.2 ou une version antérieure ?

Confirmed.

Once a toolbar is turned on, it will be on every time Gnumeric is started.
This is win32 only.

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.
