I select some photos and then choose File > Export > Facebook. When I choose to create a new album and put in name, location, and description, and then try to export them, it claims I did not enter an album title.

did you use any special character in album name?

can you retry with an album name with plain name?

can you run f-spot --debug and reproduce the error, and post here the log?

I ran into this myself, few days ago, but cannot constantly reproduce.

Okay, turns out there was a lot broken in the Facebook communication. I poked around and fixed a lot of stuff. This might be fixed as well. Could you try again with the latest version from git?

Thank you. Unfortunately I am not a developer, and I couldn't get the latest from git installed (I did try a few times!). I guess I will have to wait for my distro to catch up as far as F-Spot in concerned.

We're planning to provide daily builds in the future (for instance as a Ubuntu PPA) to make it easier to test!

I can confirm that I can create new albums fine, but can't add to existing ones: bug #624414.

I meant to add that this was with f-spot 0.7.0.
