Integrated into nautilus, provide preview to text tar file...and can
explorer the tar file like a normal folder in nautilus.

gvfsd-archive provides ability to browse archives like directories in Nautilus. You may want to have a patch from bug 567235. Please have a look at it and close this bugreport if it suits your needs.
