Something seems a bit buggered, seeking in this file:

http://www.geeksoc.org/gcds/Ryan%20Lortie,%20GSettings.ogv

is very slow / unsmooth when played in pull mode after downloading.

Maybe a matter of interpretation, or having been fixed, but seeking looks fine in current git.
