Under Ubuntu Lucid, Netman suggests that the user click to view available networks when no previous networks can be auto connected.  Ubuntu uses libnotify which doesn't support interactive messages, so the user can be confused as to what to click to resolve the issue.

I'm not completely sure I transcribed the exact message, but that's the gist of it.

Yeah, if actions aren't supported the message should be different.
