evolution 2.29.91 

1) go to edit -> preferences -> contacts

2) go to edit -> preferences -> calendar and tasks -> display tab 

Both the places we don't have mnemonics for Date/Time format.

Too late to fix this for 2.30, but I've started a private branch with string changes for 2.31.  I'll push the fix after we branch.
