Full crash report after drag-and-drop

(filing this under general because it is not a smart playlist issue)

The title says it all - when I attempt to drag-and-drop a track onto a playlist, mono crashes. The reason the crash report states:

Application Specific Information:
*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSImageCacheException', reason: 'Cannot lock focus on image <NSImage 0x1c308dc0 Size={0, 0} Reps=(
)>, because it is size zero.'

The full crash report is attached.
