Fix for this bug

If libIDL is configured outside the source tree, the linking stage fails because libIDL.def is not found.
A very simple patch (attached here) is required for fixing this defect.

libIDL is not under active development anymore and has not seen code changes for more than eight years.
Its codebase has been archived: https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/libidl/commits/master
