-ensure rar/unrar is not available on the system
- start gpk-dbus-service (to ensure PK is correctly detected by file-roller)
- start file-roller ./foobar.rar where foobar.rar is an  file
- file-roller suggests to install missing package, using PK
- once package "unrar" is installed by file-roller using PK, file-roller suggests again to install package for supporting this file-type
- click cancel : file-roller complains file format is not supported
- quit and restart file-roller : rar file is recognized properly

This should be fixed now, please test and report if it works because I cannot test it.
