Description Michael McGinnis 2010-02-22 13:15:03 UTC
Epiphany can't read encoding for http://camendesign.com/code/video_for_everybody: the page looks like this:
}[Gv3+Rpxil6)BȦ3ثn3vL PBeh(veca<KK|s2&%h#V1%+/';L?zN<_ģ^O=*35	:Qf^F=zAG GyGj[}ڨɵc?M{Gɕtcu\뼣uwr}嗞

Presumably it's valid HTML5, though no character encoding is specified.
Works in Google Chrome and Firefox.

I can't reproduce in epiphany 2.29.90.1 with webkit 1.1.21-2

But, the cpu is high when you entry in the website and try to move the scroll down.
Comment 2 Gustavo Noronha (kov) 2010-02-23 12:27:23 UTC
This was a libsoup limitation that has been fixed. WebKitGTK+ was telling all servers it was not able to deal with any kind of compression, but some sites just don't care.

See http://blog.kov.eti.br/?p=101 for details.
