If I watch this page (http://www.scoutwiki.org) words appear on the image, while IE, Iceweazel (and Firefox), Opera, Konqueror, Netsurf show this page perfectly.

I can confirm this issue using epiphany-browser in Xubuntu 9.10. I get the same image as attached by the reporter.

This is really a side-effect of our minimum font size preference.
