Adds themeable week numbers to calendar

The "old" gnome-panel calendar dropdown had week numbers, which I used a lot. So I think they should go back in - see attached patch.

The patch adds themeable week numbers to calendar. Also make the day names themeable to match the week numbers. The main work is done in the new function getWeekNumber.

Hey, thanks for the patch - unfortunately, this bug is a duplicate of bug 603532. It would be nice if you attached your patch there and closed this report (I haven't actually looked at your code, so I can't tell whether your patch or the existing one is "better").

Also note that the other bug got stuck on the question of making week numbers configurable (have a look at the related discussion on bug 600276, too)
