When planning human resources, I want Panner to see the constraints of a human resource: two tasks of both 8 hrs cannot be performed within 8 hours by one person. In the current version of Planner I can plan one person to do double work unfortunately.

First, please don't add "feature request" to the summary and rather set the severity as "enhancement".

What you're asking for is called resource leveling and has already been requested.
