IMContext scroll offset patch

When an input string is longer than item-edit field, a scroll happens in the
item-edit field. It is necessary to tell its offset to IMContext in order to
show the auxiliary window at the proper location. But I forget
doing it in Bug 605802.

This patch fix this problem.
