Description Luc 2010-01-22 05:24:54 UTC
Let's say I configure my mail POP mail server as mymail.com:995, then while sending, Evolution tries to create a directory that terminates with "mymail.com:995". Unfortunately, windows doesn't support the colon character in file/directory names.

The pop up windows says: "Error while Sending message. Could not create directory C:\Users\...\.evolution/mail/pop/...@mymail.com:995: Invalid argument".
