Description of problem:
File->Subscribe to other user's <component> menu entry does nothing.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
evolution-mapi-0.28.2-1.fc12.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open File->Subscribe to other user's calendar, contacts, etc.
2. 
3. 

Actual results:
Nothing happens

Expected results:
Some sort of dialog allowing me to subscribe to the other user's calendar, etc.

It's slightly different thing, the mentioned menu items are from evolution-exchange, but not on 2.29, because there are these hidden when the File menu is invoked from selected other than exchange folder.
