textbox.modify_bg(gtk.STATE_NORMAL, gtk.gdk.color_parse('white'))


Can you please remove it? It completely breaks any theme that isn't light colored.

This is already fixed in the git version, see http://jeff.ecchi.ca/blog/2009/09/18/themed-canvas-widget-in-pitivi/ for example.
