Description Stefan Koch 2010-01-14 18:21:33 UTC
Hello,

open an Folder and then press Ctrl+C within 1 second. The status bar does not show that the file will copy if you paste (Ctrl+V)...

If you wait 2 seconds and press then Ctrl+C the status bar shows, that the file will copy if you paste it.

Summyry: the reaction time of nautilus is bad. Please check if the control functions of nautilus are underperformed...

use an folder with images, pdfs or so on, so that a mini picture of the file will shown.

I use ubuntu karmic (9.10) x64, and the problem did not have occured the first today, but I think in ubuntu (9.04) it occured, too. But I think in older versions (at min. ubuntu 8.10) or once/two before, the error did not occured, but I THINK not know...

thanks
