The background-properties-capplet failed to 
load every time I clicked on it, and it 
produced the bug error screen.

I built my whole system from scratch 
(for the first time) so this is probably just
my fault. Other problems I have in Gnome include
the gnome splash screen not displaying (it just
says 'Gnome' in black text in a grey box), and
icons on my panel bar don't come up (just the
text labels). I can select an icon, but as soon
as I click on 'close', the icon doesn't update.



>How-To-Repeat:
I just click on 'GNOME Con' (Control Center) 
and choose 'Background'.

I would like to fix this crash for the background capplet in the control center.
However i need help from you, i need to know if this crash happes when a
particular image is beeing set as the background and also if it happens every
time that image is set. If this is the case can you provide me with an URL to
the image that makes the background capplet crash so that i can try to replicate
it in my computer.
