Thank you for reporting this issue.

This has been fixed for pdf documents in 
http://git.gnome.org/browse/evince/commit/?id=b85564ae90e10935efae109e8fc584c435f17277

Printing pdf documents will require Evince to be compiled with gtk-2.18.
Additionally, cairo-1.9.4 will be required to prevent errors when printing.

This will be fixed in the next stable binary release of Evince for Windows.

Printing other document types then pdf is not supported on Windows for now.
