when you set transparence on a panel usualy you wanto to set it on all your panel.

it's difficult to set the same transparence using bar without percentage

i understand it but some developer can do this?   for example can be a implement's in the gtk widget via tooltip or with a label on gnome-panel properties

bugzilla.gnome.org is being replaced by gitlab.gnome.org. We are closing all
old feature requests in Bugzilla which have not seen updates for many years.
