Description Kenny 2009-11-11 16:11:29 UTC
After setting up my (gmx) Jabber account Empathy imported one contact. But this contact always shows as 'offline'.
This is an other jabber contact of my own, so I checked going online,... nothing.
But it is possible to send and receive messages to and from this contact.
An other contact I added after the empathy setup (in empathy) works well.
After I deleted and added the non-working contact, everything is ok.

Imho it has something to do with authorization. Maybe it would help to add a "send authorization request" menu item to the contacts. (like I know from miranda-im under Windows.)

Displaying contacts from the 'stored' list should fix this.
