Evolution 2.29.2 

I see folder list is fetched 3 times on terminal at every start of evolution. 

Expected : Folder list should be fetched once.

This makes it call it only once for me, and I did a slightly more there too, so for example you can run evolution in online, make it fetch news, then go offline and make folder changes on the server, then go online again and the changes will be propagated to UI.

Question for Jony: Maybe the new folder list fetching can be done in a separate thread, to have "quicker" startup? It seems like it's done this way in IMAP.
