Binary package hint: totem

There are a DVD (PAL 4:3 standard) at 9.04 in the totem played perfectly.
At 9.10 if you open a totem it gives an error (see screenshot).
But in VLC and at 9.10 is normal.

That means that the necessary gst-plugins-bad plugins aren't installed. Or that GStreamer fails to load the necessary plugins.
