Description Pedro Villavicencio 2009-10-20 13:14:24 UTC
this report has been filed here:

https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/totem/+bug/455537

"Visualisation stop after rewinding/forwarding an mp3, both when using the time slider and the keyboard left and right keys."

could be this somewhat related to bug 583255 ?

Thanks in advance!,

playbin2 bug I would gather.
Comment 2 Erik Andersen 2009-12-03 07:42:32 UTC
I also have the same problem with ogg vorbis files.
Comment 3 Sebastian Dröge (slomo) 2011-05-23 13:00:07 UTC
Does this still happen with the latest releases of everything? Does it only happen when enabling visualisations during playback or also when the visualisations are enabled from the beginning?
Comment 4 Erik Andersen 2011-05-23 17:18:52 UTC
I would try to confirm this but I can't get the visualization to show instead of the album art. If I could figure that out I would gladly test it.

Just test with an MP3 file that doesn't have album art.

Using:
Totem Movie Player 2.32.0
Movie Player using GStreamer 0.10.30

This bug no longer seems to happen.

Thanks for testing and confirming! (And sorry we didn't get to it sooner)
