GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 595893
Rename system-monitor product to gnome-system-monitor and update links on-wiki etc.
Last modified: 2018-06-16 13:37:06 UTC
At https://bugzilla.gnome.org/browse.cgi?product=system-monitor, "GNOME Git" points to http://git.gnome.org/cgit/system-monitor, which is "No repositories found". The git repo is gnome-system-monitor, not system-monitor.
Similar to bug 650745, though it might be easier to just rename the Bugzilla product to gnome-system-monitor (in order to match the git name). Chris / Benoit: Would you be fine with that? Wondering how many external links might break because of that...
(In reply to comment #1) > Chris / Benoit: Would you be fine with that? > Wondering how many external links might break because of that... I'm perfectly fine with that. Shouldn't be too difficult to redirect those links.
Andre, any interest in carrying through with this?
Happy to do so but needs also updating the DOAP file and the link on https://wiki.gnome.org/DocumentationProject/Tasks/ApplicationHelp (Let me also check if I could set an internal Alias in the BZ codebase though that's less likely.)
After https://wiki.gnome.org/Initiatives/DevelopmentInfrastructure , GNOME is moving its task tracking from Bugzilla to GitLab at https://gitlab.gnome.org/ as previously announced in https://mail.gnome.org/archives/desktop-devel-list/2018-May/msg00026.html . See https://wiki.gnome.org/GitLab for more information. Hence closing this ticket as WONTFIX: There are no plans to work on Bugzilla.
