"The timeline starts 1hr 50mins wide, and you drop a 15sec clip on it, and you spend the next 3 minutes zooming and scrolling"

This is highly annoying and disorienting for the ususpecting user. You sometimes keep hitting Insert thinking it didn't insert the clips on the timeline.
