GENERATE_TODOLIST=NO has no effect, the todo list is always included (same probably for test, bug and deprecated lists).

In src/util.cpp, addRefItem():
Changing the "#if 0" to "#if 1" 'fixes' the problem for me.

Confirmed. I added the #if 0 during bug hunting, 
but forgot to remove it afterwards :-(

Will be fixed in the next subversion update.

This bug was previously marked ASSIGNED, which means it should be fixed in
doxygen version 1.6.2. Please verify if this is indeed the case and reopen the
bug if you think it is not fixed (include any additional information that you
think can be relevant).
