Tracking down the fact that some files in my lib are not uploaded to the iPod I've found that they have this characteristic in common.

Investigating where is the culprit...

So it turns out ipod-sharp lib is affected by a bug in mono, which I just filed as https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=533572 and I provided a patch for.
