Please describe the problem:
In an mkv file with vobsub subtitles, totem displays them without providing a way to turn them off.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an mkv file with vobsub-format subtitles
2. Play it in totem
3. right-click and look at the subtitles menu


Actual results:
It displays one option, "Empty", which is ghosted.

Expected results:
It should at least display the option to turn the subtitles on or off.

Does this happen every time?

On the top right of this page it shows:

Yes, the micro version.

2.27.1 and 2.27.2 are possible answers, so is "current git master version".

Marking that bug as a duplicate of the GStreamer bug, as there won't be anything to do on the Totem side when playbin2 exposes the subtitles properly.
